<div class="post">白水基础之一： 读河基本术语<br/>1. 卷头浪<br/>从上游看上去，卷头浪呈一定稳定的白线。它是由河水从位于浪头上游的障碍物翻过，回卷所形成。<br/><br/>2.倒“V”<br/>由从障碍物中流过的水流形成，呈平滑的舌头状。这种水流意味着安全通道。<br/><br/>3.涡流<br/>激流中的平静水域。是由填补各种大小障碍物后的空白的倒流水流形成。<br/><br/>4.粘人浪<br/>外表和大型的卷头浪一样，但特别凶险。通常又长又深，没有逃生口。<br/><br/>5.长条礁<br/>从上游看是一条水面上的直线，而且看不见直线之后的水流情况。从下流看是一个跌水，落差从20厘米到2米不等。<br/><br/>6.枕头礁<br/>从上游看是一团表面光滑的隆起。而且通常下方可见卷头浪的白线。通常是由水面下的表面光滑的大石块形成。<br/><br/>7.河右<br/>面向下下游，右手边。<br/><br/>8.河左<br/>面向下游，左手边。<br/><br/>9.滚筒浪<br/>形成机理同卷头浪，但尺寸比卷头浪大，而且形成滚筒浪的水也要大而且重。<br/><br/>10.旋涡<br/>旋涡由卷头浪和涡流共同作用而形成。在旋涡的中心，各个方向的水流都是流向它。从下游是卷头浪，从两边是涡流，从上游是是越过障碍物的河水。通常它有将掉入其中的物体吸住的趋势，但也不完全是这样。<br/><br/>11.立浪（干草堆）<br/>立浪是一组起落有序的浪，尺寸从几厘米到2、3米不等。是由速度不等的两股水流相撞而形成。通常在倒“V”口之下就能看到这种浪。<br/><br/>（以上主要内容摘自 Madawaska River and Opeongo River Whitewater Guide，结合本人的一些实践。）</div></td></tr>

<div class="post">白水基础之二--自救及团队救援<br/>1.落水姿态<br/>在激流中落水后不要挣扎乱动，切忌急着站起来，否则容易挂伤甚至被礁石卡住。翻船后以附图的姿势随波逐流，漂过激流之后再用自由泳从水流中脱身。<br/><br/>2.过卷头浪<br/>卷头浪的上层是向上游回卷的泡沫水流（Foam），下层才是向下游的实体水流（Green water）过卷头浪时，要顺势下潜，潜到泡沫水流之下，再向下游方向冲出。注意不能太贴近河底，以免碰到石头。<br/><br/>3.团队救援<br/>见附图。<br/><br/>这些图摘自《白水皮艇终极指南》，希望每一位喜欢漂流都能看一看这本书。也许哪一天它就能救人一命。</div></td></tr>

<p></p> <font size="5">学习了，谢谢！</font> <p>交流为主：）</p> 很值得学习 学习..... <p><strong><font size="6">恭喜江湖漂流版块开版！很值得学习 ！</font></strong></p> 白水基本技术 -- Eddy in/out<br/><br/>Eddy是指水流绕过障碍物，在障碍物后面形成的洄水区。洄水区的水流速度比主流慢，甚至与主流逆向而动。洄水区与主流之间的分界线叫Eddy Line。<br/><br/>Eddy in/out就是进出洄水区。在洄水区，你可以休息，可以观察下游的情况，可以改变线路。总之，如果不会这项技术就好比开车不会刹车，只能往前猛冲。<br/><br/>进出洄水区技术的三个基本注意事项：<br/>1、给艇一个初速度<br/>2、保持与分界线的锐角<br/>3、侧倾艇身（速度差越大，倾角要越大）<br/><br/>其中第三点最容易让人迷惑，把侧倾的方向搞反了。其实很简单，记住了往哪拐就往哪倾。 <font size="4"><br/>转个读河实例：粘人洞<br/><br/>这个跌水落差不大，看上去就是个二级急流而已。实际上这个地方相当凶险，是个粘人洞。这里有三个方向的水流都往洞里流。上游跌水当然很明显是往洞里流（红线），最迷惑人的是洞下游的水。从图上可以看出来，洞下游的水面有一个倒的坡降，也就是说，洞下游的水是从下游往洞里倒灌的（绿线）。通常粘人洞的两端是逃生的出口，但这个洞的左端是封死的，水流的方向也是流向洞里（蓝线）。人和船如果掉入这个洞里，在三面水流的夹击下，会一直被吸在洞里。大自然是仁慈的，洞的右端一条舌状水流就是这个洞的出口所在（黄线）。洞里的人如果能靠近这股水流，就能借水流的力量冲出这个洞。<br/><br/>正因为有逃生通道的存在，我们才敢在这个洞里玩。不要小看这落差不大的跌水，实际上水的力量相当大。儿子头几次进去都是一下就被打翻。我第一次进去也是猛地被掀翻。我还试着 side surfing了一下，就跟坐在洗衣机里面一样。Justin也在这里试了几次。头几次还好，最后一次被打翻，翻滚了几次都失败了，最后是wet exit出来了。<br/></font> 白水漂浮姿态练习的要点：<br/>1、仰躺于水面，尽量抬高躯干；<br/>2、用手调整方向，用脚去推开迎面而来的石头；<br/>3、进大浪之前憋住气。<br/><br/>实例请见：<br/><a href="http://canoechina.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=3e3095e766eefbe90c5273caf2da11c9&topic=1685.msg9072#msg9072" target="_blank">http://canoechina.com/index.php?topic=1685.msg9072#msg9072</a> <p><font size="4">太高深了！</font></p>
