font-weight: 700;"> 其中，对于被困驴友找到后被罚款，网友纷纷支持，有说法认为这样完全是给警察或救援队添麻烦，自己作就要自己买单，占用公共资源就该受到惩罚。与此同时，央视新闻频道也在10月14日的《新闻周刊》中表达了对惩戒驴友的肯定。</span></font></font></font></font></p><p style="font-weight: normal; word-wrap: break-word; font-weight: 700;"> 可是，随着中国旅游市场的做大，旅游产业的延伸，按照目前趋势，未来这样的事件还会层出不穷。可是一边倒地从惩罚驴友角度，用罚款方式杜绝悲剧发生是远远不够的。处理驴友被困事件，切不可“一罚了之”。</span></font></font></font></font></p><p style="font-weight: normal; word-wrap: break-word; font-weight: 700;"> 很多观点出于驴友造成了警力浪费的角度，认为应该惩罚驴友。在这里不禁想问：搜救生命所付出的资源消耗是浪费吗?作为公共救援机构的公安消防部门，在法律上也有实施救援的义务，被困的驴友也有被救助的权利。如果说出格的游山玩水造成的意外是“自己作死”，对其搜救就属于浪费公共资源的话，那么为了跳楼者动用人力物力去劝阻，为了防止轻生者自杀而设立自杀干预热线，岂不都是浪费公共资源?</span></font></font></font></font></p><p style="font-weight: normal; font-weight: 700;">纵观此类事件，造成驴友被困一般是出于旅游准备和对危险的预判不充分。在这样的情况下，旅游景区是否可以增强安全教育，对于严重危险区域提前画好红线，并且告知探险者相应的知识，从信息普及和安全教育层面让驴友明确危险。即使三令五申下驴友仍然要去冒险，那景区也该尽告知义务。</span></font></font></font></font></p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; font-weight: 700;"> 随着探险旅游领域的更加垂直细分，未来的探险旅游会越来越普及，发展探险旅游的相关设施也应尽快完善，更为专业的救援机构也应该实现配套，探险旅游保险也应该普及。这样不仅对解决问题有帮助，还带动探险旅游行业发展，而这比消极的罚款更有建设意义。</span></font></font></font></font></p><p style="word-wrap: break-word;
