font-weight: 700;"> 目前山区是旅游旺季，交通不便，况且景区距离邯郸市内较远，而患者病情危重。邯郸市紧急救援指挥中心迅速判断，病情符合使用空中救援条件，遂果断调动金汇通航救援直升机，通知备勤的第一医院胸痛中心急救人员赴现场急救。报批航线、飞机启动，从邯郸市第一医院东院区起飞，到北响堂寺小鬼道附近停车场，仅用时40分钟。机上人员立即为患者进行心电图检查，诊断为急性心梗，在飞机上通知医院胸痛中心介入小组待命，手术室紧急准备。十分钟后患者被推送下飞机，立即送入手术室，行溶栓治疗，堵塞的冠状动脉开通，患者转危为安。整个过程从报警到溶栓结束历时70分钟，胸痛中心绕行急诊、心内科，缩短中间环节，为挽救患者生命争取了宝贵时间。</span></font></font></font></div><br style="word-wrap: break-word;
