font-weight: 700;">遇险地点是葫芦岛市著名风景区——大虹螺山。前往施救途中，医生金泉林一直通过车载电话与呼救者保持联系，为正确施救做好准备。通过电话获悉，此时对方已经自行率先急救，伤者是个户外运动爱好者，在爬山时不慎左脚踝骨骨折。医护人员拿好设备和药品等刚下车就看到有救援人员赶到。原来，需要救治的驴友受伤后因无法下山，也给蓝天救援队打电话求助。医护人员和蓝天救援队队员共同向山上爬去，一边爬一边商量着解救措施。</span></font></font></font></p><p style="font-weight: normal; font-weight: 700;">大虹螺山山坡非常陡峭，根本没有一条像样的路，而且四周杂草树木丛生，还遍布砾石，一脚踩下去稍不注意极易滑倒。为做到万无一失，大家相互鼓劲儿，保持速度抢时间往上爬，因为伤者此时情况危急还在等待救援。往上爬了近10公里，救援人员来到半山腰，这时迎面十几个人正抬着一个男子艰难地往山下走。</span></font></font></font></p><p style="font-weight: normal; font-weight: 700;">医护人员要求将伤者先行放在半山腰一处相对平缓的坡地上，医生金泉林和护士赵阳立刻上前进行查体发现，该男子55岁、体重180余斤，在爬山时一不小心突然摔倒在地，左脚受伤不能行走。经查其左脚踝骨骨折，疼痛不已，脸上都是汗水。而这一队的驴友因为常年爬山似乎有了经验，事发后，他们先行就地取材制作了一个简易担架抬着伤者，用木棍做了一副夹板，用护膝做成绑带，居然也处理得有模有样。而医护人员发现，此时伤者的伤口还在流血，又对其进行处置，护士赵阳为其建立静脉通路和测量血压。处置完毕后，大家共同努力又把伤者抬到专业铲式担架上准备抬下山。</span></font></font></font></p><p style="font-weight: normal;
